  • Improvements

    • The Cues for the FinanzOnline VAT Reg. No. Validation have been optimized. For more information, see Working with the App, Role Center Integration.
    • Options for handling the FinanzOnline maintenance have been added to the batch validation. For more information, see Working with the App, Batch Validation.
    • If the FON Session ID expires during batch validation (Return Code -1), a new login to FinanzOnline is now automatically performed.
    • The summary report after a batch validation has been optimized.
    • The FON Validation Rule for an account can now also be changed via the Validation Details page. For more information, see Working with the App, Validation.
    • If the VAT Registration Log is opened via the cues (Role Center Integration), the Mode action is now available in the validation details. For more information, see Working with the App, Validation.

  • Modifications

    • The FON VAT Reg. No. Validation Status field in the master data has been renamed to FON VAT Reg. No. Status Level 1.
    • The FON VAT Reg. No. Validation Details Status field in the master data has been renamed to FON VAT Reg. No. Status Level 2.

  • Corrections

    • The Validation Rule field in the master data was only 10 characters long instead of 20.

  • Improvements

    • The status of the validation details is now automatically redetermined when address data is accepted. This eliminates the need for further validation after accepting the validation details.
    • The interaction between City and Post Code when accepting the validation details has been improved.

  • Modifications

    • If the FinanzOnline VAT Reg. No. Validation is active, the master data can now only be updated via the validation details from the last or most recent FinanzOnline (FON) validation.
    • When copying a company, the fields User ID and PIN in the EU VAT Registration No. Validation Service Setup are now completely reset in the new company.
