The User Setup table has been extended with two Boolean fields that are displayed in the Approval User Setup page.
These fields are checked using event subscribers in code units.
Each time an attempt is made to change or delete a purchase order or purchase invoice, the Event Subscriber checks if
these two boolean fields are turned on for this user and if the field is checked an error message is going to be displayed accordingly.
When booking a purchase request, the extension will also checked whether the user is authorized to do so.

Page Approval User Setup
In der Page Approval User Setup kann man die Berechtigung eines Benutzers,
eine Einkaufsanfrage, Einkaufsrechnung zu editieren löschen oder buchen, ein/ausschalten.
In the Approval User Setup page you can set the authorization of a user to edit,
delete or post a purchase order or to edit, delete or post a purchase invoice on/off.
