Scenarios link SMS with the document type and thus determine the behavior of the SMS, depending on the documents.
Setting up the scenarios plays an important role in sending and creating SMS because the scenario decides which account is used to send the SMS.
If no specific account is stored for the respective scenario, the standard scenario with the corresponding account is used.
It is important to note that the default scenario must be set at least. This is possible on the pages SMS Account and SMS Accounts.
Scenario Page
On the page Assignment of SMS scenarios you can see all available SMS accounts. If an SMS account is unfolded, the corresponding scenarios become visible.
An SMS account is always bold and the SMS scenario is indented below the account.
Actions Account
The actions listed are only available for SMS accounts. They can only be executed if an account is selected.

Open the list of all available SMS scenarios. A scenario can be selected from this list and assigned to the SMS account.

Unassign the selected scenarios. Afterward, the default account will be used to send SMS for the scenarios.
Extended Text
Opens the extended text overview for the selected SMS scenario. New text modules can be created, changed, or deleted in the overview.
