Setting up the app involves assigning categories and icons. These are used to visually display orders and stock levels. In addition, the warehouse status is visualized using icons on the "Sales Order List to Pick" page. The "Sales Order List to Pick" page is used to visualize the available stock levels per sales order. In the sales order, the available stock is compared with the quantity currently being ordered. The smileys in the "Inventory Status Icon" column are formed depending on the status of the order, see illustration.". Different status symbols represent the status of the orders:

• Green smiley: All items are available; complete delivery possible.
• Yellow smiley: Comparison with stock matches; part delivery possible.
• Red smiley: No item is available; no item can be delivered.

It should be noted that service items have no stock and can therefore never achieve "green" status. These are excluded from the calculation. The app allows reservations of stock levels that affect the order status. As soon as an item is reserved, it is marked as "green". The status of the item is only calculated temporarily and is not shown in the order.
