Working with the App

From the Item Card you can go from the new field Accessory to the table Item Accessories. There you can set up the accessories. If you insert the quantity in a sales line of type item with accessories and correct document type it will open the Apply Accessory page. If you change the no. in a sales line with the correct document type and the quantity is already filled then the Apply Accessory page will also open. You can set up the correct document type in the Add. Item Setup. When you accept the page, all the selected items, resources or G/L accounts with the specified quantities will be inserted.

Item Accessories

In this page you specify the item accessories. You can specify different types of accessories and give them quantity modifiers. Also you have the disable the automatic price calculation on the inserted lines.

Fields

Starting DateSpecifies the Date from where the accessory is valid.
Ending DateSpecifies the Date up to where the accessory is valid.
Parent Item No.Specifies the number of the main item.
Parent Item DescriptionSpecifies the description of the main item.
Accessory TypeSpecifies the type of entity that will be posted for this sales line, such as Item, Resource, or G/L Account.
Accessory No.Specifies the number of the accessory item.
Accessory DescriptionSpecifies the description of the accessory item.
Minimum QuantitySpecifies the quantity of the main item that must be reached to add this accessory item.
Maximum QuantitySpecifies the maximum quantity of the main item. If this quantity is exceeded, this accessory item will not be added.
QuantitySpecifies the quantity of the accessory item.
Additional QuantitySpecifies the quantity of the accessory item that is added once per line.
Unit of Measure CodeSpecifies the base unit used to measure the accessory item.
CampaignSpecifies a special price and discount that has to be entered by the user. Therefore both start empty.
SortingSpecifies an individual sorting.
Autom. SelectionSpecifies if the accessory item will be automaticly insertered in the sales line.
