Docs / NVXSTOR Store Order / Tasks Working with the app
Before you can use the app, you must set up Stockkeeping Units.
Currently, only stockkeeping units are taken into account if the Transfer-from Code is filled. No transfer routes are taken into account.
The Replenishment System must be Tranfsfer and the Reordering Policy must be Maximum Qty..
Otherwise the stockkeeping units will not be taken into account for the Store orders.
In the Store Order you can specify a Store Location Code and a Main Location Code.
When calculating Store Orders, only those stockkeeping units are taken into account where the Transfer-from Code corresponds to the Main Location Code and the Location Code corresponds to the Store Location Code.
Click Calculate to fill the worksheet on the page.
With the control option Include all items you can choose whether only items that currently have stock at the Store Location Code should be suggested in the worksheet.
With the Calculate automatically control option, you can choose whether the worksheet should be calculated immediately when you change a setting in the header area. If your worksheet is very large, you should leave this option unchecked so that you can control when the page calculates values.
After you have calculated the worksheet, you can edit the quantities that you want to transfer. With some information about the inventory in the two locations, you can make the decisions. If the demand in the Store Location Code is higher than the quantity in the Main Location Code, the row is displayed in red to indicate an availability problem.
In the Quantity column, enter the quantity that you want to transfer.
